Abstract(in English) Cloud computing is being utilized in conjunction with the increase in cloud-native services and the shift of legacy systems to cloud computing. On the other hand, it has become easier to increase and redundancy of IT resources, which was difficult in the past, has increased the cost of using IT resources after the introduction of cloud computing. Low-cost IT resources, which are not guaranteed to be used for a long period of time, are used for this purpose, but availability assurance has become an issue. In this paper, we propose a scheduling method to realize the use of low-cost IT resources with guaranteed availability and service placement that improves the efficiency of IT resource use, and describe the effectiveness of the method.
