| Abstract(in English) | In Japan, since the Great East Japan Earthquake, it has been pointed out that my-timeline and individual evacuation plans for persons in need of special assistance during a disaster are essential for resilient society, and those are being formulated in various regions. However, while guidelines exist, the specific procedures are left up to each individual. In this study, focusing on the my-timeline (individual preparation plan for evacuation), we designed and developed a planning support tool that includes elements of individual evacuation plans. In particular, the tool is not intended to manage data only for the purpose of developing my-timeline, but also specifies necessary data items and incorporates a flow for identifying them so that the tool can be used to promote the reconstruction of the lives of disaster survivors after the disaster occurrence. |
