Abstract(in English) In dynamic wireless power transfer (DWPT) systems for electric vehicles (EVs), it is required to stably transmit large electric power from the ground side to the vehicle side while driving in a charging lane. However, in conventional systems, there are sections where the ground and vehicle-sides coils are not magnetically coupled. In these sections, electric power cannot be transmitted sufficiently. Therefore, for DWPT systems with coil arrays on the ground, this paper proposes a novel stable power-transfer method that utilizes vertical/horizontal magnetic fields. In the experiment, it was confirmed that the power transfer of over 1 kW in any section of the coil array.
