Abstract(in English) | Brain Reference Architecture(BRA), an approach to developing brain-based software, a functional component diagram (HCD) is designed using brain information flow(BIF), which extracts mesoscopic-level information about the anatomical structure of the brain. While vast and diverse knowledge in neuroscience needs to be comprehensively collected, BIF is being constructed by experts reading articles. Therefore, we describe the Bibliographic Database for BRA (BDBRA), a database that automatically extracts the anatomical connections to construct BIF from the neuroscience literature. |
