Abstract(in English) | The sound environment is protected by noise level regulations based on the law, and the number of noise complaints continued to decrease until 1999, but turned to increase after 2000. Therefore, the authors believe that an evaluation method for environmental sound is needed, which is based on the assumption that it is used in combination with noise levels. Previous studies have focused on "timbre" of the " Triad of Sound Elements " (loudness, pitch, and timbre), and have examined "waveform complexity" as one of the evaluation measures. Since this feature is identifiable by the auditory sense, we believe that it is one of the factors that cause humans to recognize environmental sounds as "noise. Currently, the fractal dimension is applied to this evaluation, and the evaluation value of the waveform is a real number greater than 1 and less than 2 (the closer to 2, the stronger the "waveform complexity"). However, in order to analyze the ever-changing sound environment, it is necessary to have a system that can analyze the " Triad of Sound Elements " at the measurement site. This paper describes the development of a system that can analyze sound pressure, frequency, and fractal dimension outdoors, and the validity of the measurement results. |
