Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Information ethics education is urgently needed due to the low age of smartphone usage and the increasing severity of internet troubles. Information ethics education should be continuously addressed in all educational activities at schools. Realistically, it is necessary to introduce learning activities in which students think about problems proactively, especially in the Period for Integrated Studies. The authors developed an educational method using Question Formulation Technique (QFT) and conducted an educational practice about information ethics in an elementary school. In this paper, the authors describe the Period for Integrated Studies, information ethics education, and their educational practice. Then, based on the results of a questionnaire survey of students, changes in students' awareness of information ethics and the effectiveness of this method are discussed.
