| 抄録(和) | LC整合回路は広く適用される要素回路である．無線通信のデータ速度向上に伴い，広帯域化がLC整合回路の大きな課題となっている．広帯域化を実現する代表的な手法として，LC整合回路の多段化が代表的である．多くの場合多段化には多くの素子が必要になり，小型化が課題となる．少ない素子で帯域を拡大する方法として抵抗を加える手法があり，これも広く適用されている．本論文ではLC整合回路に抵抗を加えた回路の詳細を調べ，抵抗の接続方法の違いによる利害得失について述べる． |
| 抄録(英) | LC matching circuits are widely applied element circuits. As the data rate of wireless communication increases, widening the bandwidth has become a major issue for LC matching circuits. Multi-stage LC matching circuits are a representative technique for realizing broadband. In many cases, many elements are required for multi-stage, and miniaturization is an issue. There is a method of adding resistance as a method of expanding the band with a small number of elements, and this method is also widely applied. In this paper, we investigate the characteristics of the LC matching circuit with a resistor added, and discuss the advantages and disadvantages due to the difference in the connection method of the resistor. |
