| Abstract(in English) | R&D for the next generation of mobile communication systems (beyond 5G/6G) is being actively conducted in many countries around the world, including terahertz wireless R&D aimed at speeds exceeding 100 Gbps. Since terahertz wireless R&D is the development of unused frequency bands, it is necessary to simultaneously and cooperatively promote technology development in an extremely wide range of areas from device to system development. This paper describes the characteristics of ultrafast terahertz radio, frequency bands, beam control, and the development and application of technologies other than front-ends. |
