Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The bacterial flora of rhizosphere soils in plants is known to change with root growth. In this study, the rhizosphere effect in Avena strigosa was analyzed using statistical methods (diversity analysis, ANCOM) and topic models. Topic models were expected to effectively represent the collective nature of bacteria in soil bacteria. As a result, ANCOM detected a bacterial population that was considered to be affected by plants. On the other hand, the topic model analysis did not significantly classify bacterial groups with known functions. However, it was suggested that communities may be formed by differences in the proportion of dominant bacterial genera in the soil.
