Abstract(in English) Considering the declining working population, the ways to improve employee motivation are attracting attention. Employee motivation improvement can also increase productivity and employee performance. This article describes personnel preference tuning technology which improves employee motivation. This technology analyzes the types of motivation and select the stimulating ways by the types. A field experiment was conducted and we measured productivity and increase efficiency.
