| Abstract(in English) | HD-PLC is a communication technology that enables high-speed communications with a maximum PHY rate of 240 Mb/s using power lines. HD-PLC with multi-hop technology has been developed as a means of enabling long-distance communications. The multi-hop HD-PLC is expected to be used in BACnet applications for factory equipment and building management. However, in BACnet, multiple nodes generate broadcast packets simultaneously, resulting in frequent data collisions and poor communication performance. In this paper, we propose a transmission control method based on the topology information from a routing protocol. The proposed method can reduce packet loss due to collisions by using ACK retransmissions at nodes where broadcast communications frequently contend with each other. Simulation results show that the proposed method can suppress the occurrence of packet loss. |
