Generalization of Semi-optimal Hop-by-Hop File Delivery Scheduling for Two-link model

Abstract(in English) This paper aims to extend the scheduling range in a hop-by-hop file delivery system. First, for the merging model, we proposed an allocating method based on the size of the bandwidth of the links connecting the top layer nodes and the intermediate node. Then, delivery is performed in descending order of the number of requests per unit file size, as in the dividing model. Then, for the general model, we proposed a delivery algorithm based on the method of branching and merging model and analyzed its characteristics. As a result, it was confirmed that the file delivery order should be based on the descending order of the number of requests per unit file size.
