Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The automation of business using information technology is being developed. However, in business that cannot be fully automated, such as nonstandard business, judgments made by persons are still important. Therefore, in addition to automation of business, expectations are growing for technology that improves the proficiency of the person in charge of the business using information technology. In this paper, a new method was proposed to estimate proficiency of persons and difficulty of processing cases by using business processing data. Effectiveness of the method by dividing the cases into groups and modeling a relationship between amout of work and proficiency was verified by simulation that generates item data with features and effort supposing actual business cases.
