Abstract(in English) Recently, a lot of network traffic is generated from video streaming services. In video streaming services, encode quality and loading time are important factors for quality of user experience. To provide better environment to users who watching streamed videos, it is important to know users’ quality of experience and to maintain good network health. In this paper, we propose video metrics prediction method by using timeseries features of encrypted packets flow. The experimental evaluation showed that our proposed method achieved good performance than conventional method.
