Proposal of annotation method for RPA scenario

Abstract(in English) In recent years, work automation using RPA tools has become widespread. People need to read and interpret RPA scenarios, such as when horizontally deploying or maintaining existing RPA scenarios. In doing so, RPA scenarios are usually not suitable for a person to read directly and get a complete picture of the scenario, requiring large operations and specialized skills. In this study, we propose a method to automatically generate explanatory text in natural language based on RPA scenarios so that people can read it directly and understand its contents. As an evaluation experiment, descriptions were generated by the proposed method for logs of work performed on two WEB applications. Then, three evaluators, each with experience in RPA preparation, evaluated whether it was possible to create and maintain RPA scenarios based on the generated explanatory text. As a result, the explanatory text generated by the proposed method can be used to create and maintain RPA scenarios.
