Abstract(in English) Needless to say, solar cells are devices that convert sunlight into electrical energy. However, solar cells do not function at night or in dark areas without sunlight. If devices can be developed that enable solar cells to perform their photoelectric conversion function day and night, the applications of solar cells will expand dramatically. In this study, we have developed a photoelectric conversion transistor that combines a perovskite solar cell and an LED, and have successfully driven a motor using this new transistor.
