Curve Fitting Analysis for Blood Flow of Gastric Tube

Abstract(in English) After the esophagectomy, the success or failure of the gullet rebuilding greatly depends on the blood flow of gastric tube. The operator have performed a bloodstream evalution by sensible or empirical judgment of the gullet color or heartbeat of the stomach omental artery traditionally. In this study, I performed curve fitting in the density change at the time by the ICG fluorescence method, and analyzed an ideal anastomosis position.
