| Abstract(in English) | After the esophagectomy, the success or failure of the gullet rebuilding greatly depends on the blood flow of gastric tube. The operator have performed a bloodstream evalution by sensible or empirical judgment of the gullet color or heartbeat of the stomach omental artery traditionally. In this study, I performed curve fitting in the density change at the time by the ICG fluorescence method, and analyzed an ideal anastomosis position. |
