Abstract(in English) | Spectrum-based Fault Localization (SFL) is a technique to locate faults in source code using execution traces. A method is proposed to input ablated execution traces to DNN models that have learned execution traces of test cases, and use the classification results for locating a faulty function. The method of ablation in the existing works is expected to improve the accuracy of identifying the faulty function by accounting for the possibility that information other than the target may also be ablated. In this paper, we encode divided execution traces and ablate only targeted information. The proposed approach is compared with conventional coverage-based approaches. |
