Color Palette Coding: Selective Signal Transmission for CMOS Image Sensor based Communication

Abstract(in English) Optical camera communication using LEDs and signage as transmitters and CMOS image sensors as receivers is expected to become a new wireless communication technology. We propose Color Palette Coding (CPC), which enables selective signal reception according to the amount of RGB light received of a Bayer arrangement image sensor. In this paper, we report the results of a theoretical investigation and an experimental test of CPC.
