Efficient Transmission for Animated Two-dimensional Code Based OCC Using Bicolor Switching Method.

Abstract(in English) Animated two dimensional code based OCC which can transfer a larger amount of data than typically two-dimensional code is promising technology for simple communication. However, it results in read-error caused by noise which code switching and rolling shutter phenomenon when the camera read many codes per unit time, and reduces throughput. Therefore, we propose the Bicolor Switching method (BS method) and the Bicolor Switching and Adaptive Thresholding method (BSAT method). The results indicate that the proposed method can reduce the error rate by approximately 30% compared with a conventional method, and it can increased transfer rate increased by approximately 20%.
