Stochastic flash ADC with variable input voltage range

Abstract(in English) In this study, a stochastic flash ADC with variable input voltage range is proposed. A stochastic flash ADC uses random comparator offset voltages VOS to convert analog voltage to digital code. Distribution of offset voltages can be controlled by current inside the comparator. Simulation results show that distribution of the offset voltage can be controlled by current inside the comparator.
