Image reconstruction by warping shift-invariant systems in a holographic transparent screen camera

Abstract(in English) A transparent screen camera, implemented using waveguide holographic optical elements, is combined with an image reconstruction technique to restore the image degradation due to the superposition of multiple images. However, since it is a shift-variant system, the degradation characteristics cannot be handled efficiently, and only low-resolution images were reconstructed. In this paper, we apply an algebraic analysis to obtain the warping that maps the degradation characteristics to the shift-invariant system space, thereby making it possible to apply the image reconstruction method for shift-invariant system and to obtain a high-resolution image.
