Abstract(in English) Research and development of network control technology for green and resilient beyond 5G networks is being conducted to improve resilience against increasingly frequent and severe natural disasters and to respond to the transition to a de-carbonized society. In this presentation, the author reports on a fundamental investigation of wireless resource control technology for cell reconfiguration in an environment assuming a disaster area where a tornado occurred.
