Abstract(in English) To improve the performance of the future wireless networks, intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) has been investigated, which can reflect the incident signals in any direction. We investigated the design of bias line between reflective elements in IRS using liquid crystal, through electromagnetic field simulation and measurement. Finally, we achieved a well IRS with decreasing the loss in amplitude caused by connection between reflective elements, when the length of line equals the length of the half wavelength of intended signals.
