Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes an AP movement control method that maximizes throughput with minimal movement of mesh access points (APs) in response to changing traffic conditions in a public mesh network, and evaluates the effectiveness of the movement. To accommodate dynamic changes in the number of pedestrian multiple terminals accommodated in the mesh, we configure a mesh net with in-vehicle APs and move the APs. The proposed heuristic method (DMT method) iteratively applies a means to determine the connected APs of all terminals using a minimum tree method and an applied spring model to determine the optimal location of the mesh APs. The evaluation results show a performance improvement of up to 2.53 times compared to before the move. Furthermore, the throughput was improved by 1.17 times compared to the conventional method (method H), and the distance traveled was reduced by 29.9% compared to the conventional method (method A), confirming the effectiveness of the proposed method. |
