Abstract(in English) Digital advertisements play an important role in today's websites and smartphone applications for the purpose of maintaining services and facilitating business. When creating digital advertisements, it is important to create advertisements with high click-through rates and high aesthetics. Although there has been a lot of research on layout generation, generating advertisement banner layout based on click-through rate prediction and aesthetics has not been considered very much. In this study, we examine ad banner layout generation using evolutionary computation based on prediction of click-through rates and aesthetic scores using deep learning, and confirmed that some layouts could be suggested to designers successfully.
