Abstract(in English) NTT research and development a broadband low-delay network service called All-Photonics Network (APN) in the IOWN concept, which directly connects optical signals to user equipment. On the other hand, in recent years, various services have been made, provided, and terminated in a short life cycle. So, Service providers are increasingly using platforms such as cloud and SaaS that can secure and build resources immediately. However, the network service, which is one of the service component, takes more than several weeks from application to construction/provision. Network service is a bottleneck factor in the service life cycle. Therefore, it is desired to flexibly respond to a fast life cycle even for optical networks. In this paper, an optical network resource management method that can provide network services immediately in response to user requests is proposed.
