Abstract(in English) | We investigated the facial expression and facial recognition related to deliciousness during eating. The results revealed that facial expressions related to happiness were observed when people communicated deliciousness, while facial expressions related to sadness and disgust were observed when people communicated bad taste. Furthermore, it was suggested that the judgment of whether others perceive a beverage to be delicious might differ depending on the degree of the beverage’s deliciousness. |
