| Abstract(in English) | Organic thin-film devices have achieved high-performances through the development of new materials, but at present, many processes are required to synthesize materials that exhibit high efficiency, resulting in high cost materials. We have developed materials (conjugated polymers and organic semiconductors) for organic thin-film devices using C-H/C-H cross-coupling reactions and Povarov reactions, etc., aiming for low-cost and green synthesis. In this study, among the developed materials, we focus on conjugated polymers and organic semiconductors with fluorobenzene derivatives (partial substitution of hydrogen in benzene ring with fluorine) that exhibit strong acceptor properties, and report thin-film properties and device characteristics using the thin films. |
