| Abstract(in English) | In post-5G era (latter half of 2020s), mobile base-stations are assumed to be shared between mobile operators to reduce OPEX and CAPEX of the mobile communication systems. In such systems, ultra-broadband high-power amplifiers are required to cover various frequency bands ranging from roughly 800MHz to 5000MHz. Also new requirements for IoT communications (massive machine type communications) will be added to base-stations. In this talk, the requirements for sharing type mobile 4G/5G base-station transceiver amplifiers will be introduced and discussed. This work is done under the NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization) project JPNP20017. |
