Relaxation effect of a passive robot with built-in gel

Abstract(in English) In this research, we have been studying a device with built-in liquid that can represent realistic heartbeats. In this paper, we compare the proposed device with a heartbeat-generating device of the same shape and weight based on synthetic cotton, and verify whether the proposed gel-type passive robot's relaxation effect is enhanced by the fluctuation of the heartbeat. As a result, it was found that there are still problems with the proposed method due to the heat-retaining effect of the material and the influence of room temperature.
