Abstract(in English) In recent years, the Internet has seen the proliferation of e-commerce sites such as Amazon and Rakuten, and numerous distribution services such as You tube and Spotify. In these digital marketing areas, recommendation systems, a technology that recommends content suited to user preferences, have been implemented at major e-commerce and mail-order sites. However, with the current recommendation system, there are many cases where the content is not new or uninteresting to the target users. Therefore, we propose this method as a new perspective for recommender systems by solving the lack of serendipity, which is an issue in this research, by considering the user's perception of the content and the name recognition of the content to be recommended.
