Abstract(in English) In this study, we will verify the applicability of parallel high-frequency electromagnetic field analysis based on the edge element base finite element method for microstrip lines with transmission lines on the surface of electronic circuit boards that have become popular in recent years. In this paper, first, a parameter study is carried out by changing the number of elements per subdomain when analyzing a numerical model of about 40 million elements by the domain decomposition type finite element method. In this way, we will search for the number of iterations of the conjugate gradient method to solve the interface problem, which is the bottleneck of this analysis method, and the calculation conditions such as the number of elements per subdomains that are the best in terms of the total calculation time.
