Annealing characteristics of CA/CuSCN dielectric mirrors

Abstract(in English) The combination of perovskite solar cells with dielectric mirrors was considered to improve solar cells color. Dielectric mirrors are fabricated by stacking two materials: copper(I) thiocyanate (CuSCN) and cellulose acetate (CA). The films were stacked by spin-coating method. The optical properties of the films of annealing was evaluated. The reflectance of CuSCN increased with an increase in annealing temperature. The reflectivity of CuSCN was improved by increasing the annealing temperature, which similarly improved the reflectivity of the dielectric mirror. The highest reflectance was obtained at an annealing temperature of 230°C.
