Abstract(in English) We propose a power-saving and load-balancing oriented autonomous decentralized cross-layer protocol for wireless sensor networks employing Wake-up Radio. An interesting feature of this protocol is that it has two optional dynamic forwarder node selection schemes. Using those together is expected to lower the impact of the energy hole problem due to Wake-up Radio characteristics and effectively extend the network lifetime. Computer simulations confirm the validity of our method.
