| 抄録(和) | 近年では新型コロナウイルス（COVID-19）の感染拡大により，非接触入力技術が注目を集めている．情報入力手法として，本研究では非接触型ハンドトラッキングセンサであるLeap Motionを用いた手数字識別に着目する．これまでの研究ではLeap Motionが取得した被験者の各指座標，ベクトルデータから構成されたサンプルデータを区別なく学習させる単一入力型学習モデルと，データの種類ごとに類別し複数の入力層で学習させる統合型学習モデルによる識別精度を比較した．本研究では複数の学習モデルで構成されたアンサンブル学習モデルを用いた識別を行い，精度を比較することで，動作識別における提案手法の有効性を明らかにする． |
| 抄録(英) | In recent years, contactless input technologies have been attracting attention due to the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19). To propose an information input method, we focus on hand written digit recognition using Leap Motion. In our conventional studies, we measured the subject’s finger coordinate and vector data and recognized it by the single-input learning model and the integrated learning model. In the former recognition, we analyzed data without discrimination. In the latter recognition, we divided data according to the finger type and analyzed it with multiple input layers. In this study, we clarify that the ensemble learning model composed of multiple machine learning models effectively recognizes hand written digits. |
