| Abstract(in English) | Dispersion management (DM) has been a well-known technique for mitigating the inter-channel nonlinear interactions which limit the transmission capacity of wavelength-division-multiplexed (WDM) optical fiber transmission systems. On the other hand, optical eigenvalue communication in which invariant optical eigenvalue is used as information carrier is a promising technology to overcome nonlinear Shannon limit. But optical eigenvalues are affected by inter-channel interactions as cross phase modulation (XPM) and four wave mixing (FWM) in WDM systems. In this paper, we investigate the eigenvalue of dispersion managed (DM) soliton, which is a periodically stationary pulse propagating in a periodically DM transmission system. We investigate the eigenvalue both in anomalous and normal dispersion fiber sections. |
