Simplification of Computing Technique of Multiple-Screen-Diffraction for Urban Propagation

Abstract(in English) This report explains the theme of the 4th radio wave propagation modeling competition. And the background and history of the theme and computing techniques are explained. The theme of the competition is achieving simplification of computing technique of multiple-screen-diffraction for urban propagation. The computing techniques of physical optics approximation are explained, and the calculation results of a distance characteristic are shown as an example. Furthermore, the study result of the distance characteristic of the ray-trace method is shown.
