| Abstract(in English) | We daily use vision to explore and quickly find the needed information. What contributes to finding needed information quickly? In our previous study, the efficiency of the visual search has been investigated by analyzing virtual networks on which the gaze position moves, designed from visual search experiments. Then, the networks had the feature of small-world. In this study, we investigated search behaviors and eye movements when experimental participants found a target symbol by using experiment data in the previous study. As a result, it was clarified that the fixation duration slightly increases, and the saccade length decreases with increasing the search time. In addition, we found that certain characteristics were observed in the eye movements before the discovery. |
