Transcritical and Saddle node bifurcations of a Tunnel diode circuit

Abstract(in English) This paper clarifies bifurcation phenomena that occur in an electronic circuit containing a tunnel diode with the confirmation by simulations. In addition, Wiggins’ bifurcation conditions based on derivatives of vector fields are introduced and applied to prove the existences of the Transcritical and Saddle node bifurcations.
