Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Wireless charging to devices located at a distance provides convenient and reliable power supply. We focused on optimizing the charging power to mobile devices. In order to maximize the remaining battery power of the device, we proposed three methods to route the charger: a method that predicts the device locations, a method using particle swarm optimization (PSO), and a method using reinforcement learning (Deep-Q-Network). Numerical experiments showed that the proposed method using PSO performed the best, while the other methods performed poorly due to problems in optimizing the charging time. In addition, the computation time evaluation suggested that Deep-Q could be computed on the cloud, while the other methods could be computed on the charger.
