Abstract(in English) Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is used to determine the extent of resection in breast cancer surgery, but tumor resection is difficult because of the difficulty in mapping MRI images to the actual patient. We have developed a breast cancer surgical support system using a general-purpose tablet terminal that superimposes MRI images on camera images taken of the patient during surgery to assist in determining the extent of resection. However, the reference marker, which aligns the patient with the MRI data, is sensitive to camera movement, resulting in frequent loss of the marker. In this study, we proposed a new positioning method that is robust to camera movement by colorizing the reference markers. The effectiveness of the proposed method was confirmed by evaluation experiments.
