Abstract(in English) Current auscultation training for healthcare professionals is conducted using a simulated patient and a mannequin for auscultation training. Although this method can be used to train with various biological sounds, it has drawbacks, such as difficulty training and evaluating medical interviews and the lack of reality. Therefore, we have proposed the EARS system, which uses augmented reality technology to reproduce heart and respiratory sounds in various cases on a simulated patient. However, EARS is known to have errors in the calculated auscultation position when the posture of the simulated patient is tilted, such as forward or backward tilt. This study clarified the relationship between the simulated patient and the auscultation position calculation error. We also investigated an image analysis method for correcting the auscultation position.
