| 抄録(和) | 近年，建物への監視カメラの設置が広く行われており，広範囲を一台で撮影することができる広角天井カメラがよく用いられている．この広角天井カメラ映像を用いて，画像中心から放射状に写る人物を傾いた矩形で囲む人物検出器を学習させることができることが示されている．しかし，カメラの設置高さによって人物の写り方が大きく変化し，学習データに含まれていない高さから撮影した画像では検出性能が低下してしまうという問題がある．本研究では，対象の 3 次元空間上での位置やカメラパラメータを用いずに，2 次元画像の非線形伸縮によって，広角天井カメラの設置高さの変化を近似する画像変換法を提案する．実写画像を用いた実験では，カメラ高さ変化のある広角天井カメラからの画像でも，画像を変換することで検出精度の向上ができることを確認した． |
| 抄録(英) | In recent years, surveillance cameras have been widely installed inside the buildings. Especially, wide-angle ceiling cameras have an advantage that can cover a wide surveillance area by a single camera. For the images captured by such cameras, we can construct a learning-based people detection system, that surrounds people by slanted rectangles. However, the camera height change causes non-linear image deformation, and the detection performance is significantly degraded. In this study, we propose an image transformation method that simulates the height change of a wide-angle ceiling camera. We confirmed that the detection accuracy is improved for the images captured at different height by applying our method. |
