Abstract(in English) This paper presents a video conferencing recordings automatic editing system using silence part removal based on audio signal analysis. This system's purpose is to remove silent intervals in online conference recordings properly. Our system constructs frames with a length considering easy editing and excludes quiet parts based on thresholding the average power of each frame. In addition, our morphological processing approach removes single-shot noises and makes the speech naturally continuous. Using this system for a video conference recording, we confirmed that our system could reduce the resulting video duration to 63% compared to the original video.
