Abstract(in English) Mathematics, Data Science and AI Education Certification System has begun in university education programs. At the literacy level, students are required to reading, explaining, and handling data using examples from society. In particular, for social science students, the ability to write interpretations of statistical data is more important than having specialized and technical knowledge. In this paper, we discuss the possibility of using open public documents on the web, such as white papers published by government agencies, as teaching materials for instruction on how to interpret statistical charts.
