Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Willard Van Orman Quine, who served in the U.S. Navy during World War II, published an article entitled "The Two Dogmas of Empiricism" in 1951, which refers to the dogmas of analysis and synthesis and of reduction and verification. The dogma of analysis and synthesis implements the moral philosophy of Immanuel Kant in his magnum opus "Critique of Pure Reason" as the "voice of God" or auditory hallucination, while the dogma of reduction and verification implements the categorical imperative in "Critique of Practical Reason” by Immanuel Kant. The reduction refers to decode brain waves measured by remote sensing and then to convert them into words, and the verification refers to irradiate electromagnetic beams from a logic machine or artificial intelligence onto the head of a target to change the brain waves and action, thereby demonstrating that the words and brain waves correspond to the actions. The implementation of the categorical imperative is the implementation of symbolic logic, and game theory has been applied to artificial intelligence installed in the anti-personnel radar. Analytic philosophy by Bertrand Russell and the logical positivism by Ludwig Wittgenstein elucidate the function of artificial intelligence in secret, and Kant’s philosophy has been gradually realized in secret national projects lasting well over 200 years. Von Neumann did not disclose one aspect of the secret machine concerning the game theory as philosophy, but as economics by co-authoring a book, “Theory of Games and Economic Behavior” with the economist Morgenstern. Nobert Wiener disclosed the secret machine in which wireless communication and computers are integrated as cybernetics. Although customary criminal law should be prohibited due to the principle of nulla poena sine lege, sanctions under natural law have been secretly implemented as customary criminal law all over the world, resulting in symptoms of schizophrenia.
