Estimation of circuit parasitic parameters in DC/DC converters and Simulation for switching frequency multiplication noise

Abstract(in English) In this paper, the simulation method for the evaluation of noise at switching frequencies in DC/DC converters is proposed. The ringing waveform in the DC/DC converter circuits is caused by parasitic components in the circuit at switching. Therefore, the parasitic component parameters in the circuit are estimated to match the ringing waveform. Next, the noise evaluation simulation is performed with the equivalent circuit using the estimated parameters. Furthermore, the noise reduction effect of the EMI filter modelled on the simulation is confirmed and compared with the reduction effect of the EMI filter in the experiment to demonstrate the relevance of the method.
