Abstract(in English) | This paper examines the identification of the bicycle riding environment by image segmentation and transfer learning. We experiment on three different riding routes and compare four identification of bicycle riding environment algorithms. Transfer learning for an open-source pre-trained model improves the segmentation accuracy of sidewalk viewpoint images. Due to this, our riding environment identification system enables identify sidewalk riding. The ROI (Region of Interest) expansion identification algorithm, that is, one of the algorithms we proposed, achieves more than 90% correct for roadways and more than 95% correct for sidewalks. These results show the effectiveness of the ROI expansion identification algorithm and the versatility of the riding environment identification system. |
