A study on novel routing method for QoS improvement with SDN

Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a novel routing method with SDN to improve QoS for both TCP and UDP. The proposed method switches the route for transferring traffic with SDN according to the priority of data at fixed intervals. This paper adopts OpenFlow as an SDN platform and implements the proposed method. This experiment considers the data loss rate of UDP as a QoS parameter and evaluates it under an experimental environment using the actual devices. Experimental results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method.
